The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies is a 2014 epic fantasy adventure movie, and the third and concluding installment of The Hobbit film trilogy, with a duration of 2 hours and 44 minutes, the shortest of the trilogy. Title

The next day, the Elf army and the armed people of Lake-town gather at the entrance of the Lone Mountain. Thranduil and Bard ride at the front, where Thorin threatens to kill them if they get whatsoever closer. Bard unveils the Arkenstone at the gates of Erebor. Thorin refuses to believe them, thinking it was a ruse, until Bilbo reveals he gave it to them. Enraged, Thorin orders the Dwarves to throw Bilbo from the Rampart, which they refuse. Thorin instead decides to kill Bilbo himself. Luckily, Gandalf approaches at the front with Bard and Thranduil, telling Thorin to return the hobbit to him. The other Dwarves hold off their leader and then Bilbo can escape down the wall to Gandalf. So, a Dwarf army under Dáin Ironfoot arrives and is about to attack the Elves on Thorin'due south telephone call, but Azog sends 1 branch of his army to attack Dáin's force. While Thranduil assists Dáin'south army, Azog sends the rest of his forces to set on Dale with Bilbo, Gandalf, Bard, and the other Elves coming to its defense.
